Recognizing they were running out or warehouse space, AR North America decided it was time to expand their existing building. The large manufacturing company decided to move forward with Welsh Construction and Welsh Architecture to design and build a 47,000+ square foot addition to their existing warehouse.

In addition to the warehouse expansion, AR North America wanted to accentuate their office area, making is stand out from the rest of the building. Welsh designed and built new entrance features and added custom built sunshades to all
office windows.

To make room for such a large expansion, a new retention pond and wall was constructed. On-site wetland mitigation was conducted to offset any unavoidable wetland impacts.
