Bridgepoint Business Park, a multi-phase office/warehouse project, is located on land formerly occupied by one of the last active stockyards in South St. Paul. Before building the first phase, a building totaling 126,00-square-feet, the land had to undergo extensive demolition and environmental remediation.

The project was designed by Lampert Architects of St. Paul and has a clear height of 24 feet with dock and drive-in loading. The building features advanced safety technology, including an ESFR fire protection system.

Leased by Colliers International, the project secured St. Paul-based control systems automation and panel fabrication company BW Systems, Inc. as the anchor tenant, occupying 30,000 square feet. Their space was also built-out by Welsh Construction.

Owned, developed, and managed by Interstate Partners, Bridgepoint Business Park opened in June 2012, two months ahead of schedule.
