After previously occupying two levels in an adjacent office space, the owners of Channel Partners Capital wanted to upgrade into a larger, full-floor plate that would be open-concept, bright, and user-friendly for their team. Some of the distinguishing elements of this space include upgraded finishes and wall systems, a custom mosaic tile feature leading into the breakroom with commercial-grade appliances throughout, and a decked-out lounge area called “Channel Hall”!

Though the initial demolition of the space was minimal, there were several challenges within the existing structure. The Welsh team worked with our subtrades to configure the HVAC, replace all plumbing systems,  modify fire protection and outfit with new electrical lighting throughout.  Finishes included floating ceiling system which features accent ceilings down the corridor and in the lounge. The flooring was uneven and required careful preparation to receive the new high-end materials.

Despite encountering schedule setbacks due to material procurement delays, the Welsh team and all involved parties were committed to seamless communication throughout which led to a successful project finish.
