Deciding to open a practice in Arden Hills, ClearChoice selected Welsh Construction to help them renovate an existing space to suit their specific needs. Having been the general contractor for the original construction of the building for the previous tenant in 2004, Welsh Construction was familiar with the site. Being familiar with the building helped them to complete the project in just 10 weeks.

The project began with a complete demolition – down to the shell. The interior was then rebuilt to ClearChoice’s specifications. The project manager and superintendents worked closely together, pre-planning to ensure the project would be completed on-time and within budget. Overlaying trades in a staggered sequence insured that the project was running at maximum production.

The new space includes an inviting waiting room and reception desk, exam rooms, and dental lab.

Welsh has also done some tenant improvement work at the ClearChoice location in Edina, MN.
