Welsh Construction converted a paint manufacturing facility into new office, warehouse and parking space for Dedicated Logistics, the new building owner. The entire project was completed in just 13 weeks.

Interior improvements included the conversion of a 46,088-square-foot manufacturing area into warehouse space, an 11,200-square-foot laboratory into corporate office space, and 31,038 square feet of existing office space into new office space. On the exterior, Welsh Construction redeveloped 310,108 square feet of land to make way for a new 107,385-square-foot concrete parking lot that comprises two ponds, a masonry screen wall and new landscaping. The 73,000-square-foot existing parking lot was also retrofitted and refinished.

Property amenities include a basketball court, fireplace, meditation room, game room, exercise room, locker room and cafeteria. Technology installed includes in-floor heating, SwitchLite glass, smart boards, a driving simulator, CAT 6 cabling and security.
