Hellmuth and Johnson began to outgrow their current space and decided to moved their headquarters to Edina. Looking to update and remodel the new space, they turned to Welsh Construction.

The two-story, 37,533-square-foot office building contains a 1,900-square-foot seminar room that allows for on-site training and continuing education programs in a flexible setting, complete with audio-visual capabilities.

Other features include technological components that will aid in higher levels of efficiency for the law firm. Radio Frequency Identification Technology (RFID) is utilized to easily track down case files, while Room Wizard technology allows for the convenient reservation of conference space, while also tracking reservation patterns. Wireless access is also available throughout the entire building.
