When Bruce Thomas decided to move his School from Edina to Minnetoka, Welsh Construction was brought on to keep the design in-line and on budget.

Partners in Excellence is a school that specializes in assisting children on the autism spectrum.  With a center-based autism program, Partners In Excellence needed a space that was bright and open allowing children’s needs to be met in a calming, well coordinated environment.
