Synchrony Financial’s new Saint Paul call center
consists of an open floor plan with several
enclosed office spaces, as well as a large IDF
room, breakroom and several conference rooms
in various sizes with audio/visual capabilities.

The office is a second generation space, and only
the ceiling grid was reused in the new plan. The
views from this corner office space, located on
the 11th floor, overlooks downtown Saint Paul
and are truly spectactular. A clean aesthetic flows
throughout the office, in a mix of warm and cool
neutral tones, which reflect Synchrony’s brand
identity.

Working with an architect and project team who were out of state made communication critical to the success of this project. With a tight timeline of only 10 weeks and numerous financial security requirements to be incorporated, the Welsh team did careful pre-construction planning and utilized the DIRRT wall system to ensure they delivered this project on time and within budget, which they did.
