When Total Wine made its highly-anticipated and strong entrance into the Twin Cities market, they turned to Welsh Construction for their tenant improvements. Welsh has completed buildouts in existing retail locations in Bloomington, Woodbury, Maple Grove and Eagan. Most recently, Welsh Construction completed a newly constructed building for Total Wine’s Chanhassen location and is underway with new store in Minnetonka.

Many of the locations include expansive retail space and wine tasting rooms for classes and events. Tenant improvements on the existing retail spaces included; interior demolition, new plumbing and electrical work, interior and exterior concrete work, floor covering, paint, and a new exterior storefront facade.
