Through this rehabilitation project, Welsh turned a former grocery store/manufacturing facility into a thriving youth center.

The “Urban Hub” youth center provides a much needed gathering place for many inner city youth to gain the various life skills and learning tools needed to help them get ahead. The building contains a performance stage with theatrical lighting, a recording studio, an indoor skateboard park, snack bar, computer lab, and numerous “break out” rooms for kids to meet and learn from each other.
